The book, PDF edition
The PDF of Solar Doesn't Sell Itself is delivered on the page you land on after paying and by email. If it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase with the name or email you bought under and we will refund it in full to the original payment method. If you bought it twice by mistake, tell us and we refund the duplicate. Refunds are issued through Square and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
The book, paperback edition
The paperback is printed and shipped by Lulu, and Lulu's return policy applies to shipping and print problems. If a copy arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo and we will get you a replacement. We cannot refund a paperback for a change of mind after it has been printed.
Quotes and services
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Any deposit, cancellation right, or refund for solar, water, or other work is set out in the written agreement you sign for that work, along with the cancellation rights your state gives you. Nothing on this site changes that agreement.
How to ask
Tell us what you bought and when. A person reads it and answers within two business days.
